This is the story of Faith and her 3 puppies:Monday,Feb. 23rd, i got word that a Border Collie mommy and her 3 puppies had been rescued and needed a foster home.. I was elated to have the opportunity to take in this family of abandoned Mom and puppies. My daughter and i named her Faith. We could not think of a better more fitting name having been left to fend not only for herself, but her puppies. In her faithful wait for her human family to return,Faith lost 5 of her puppies but managed to keep 3 of them alive. We know have Faith and the puppies at our home and have fallen completely in love with all of them. We named the puppies ,temporarily, Joy,Teddy and Higgins. Higgins, the runt, has had a tough go of things. The puppies all have ringworm and Higgins had it the worst. Being the smallest, he has had to work to keep from being pulled off Mom’s dinner table. How could someone leave such a wonderful animal behind. She gets our attention to let her out when she needs to go. She alerts us to unusual activity in the alley and acts as referee when our Border boys seem to play to rough for Faith’s taste. She is an amazing dog and we have decided that when she weans the puppies, we want to be her “forever family”

Since all of this happened Faith & Teddy are now at our house!! They are both doing great with Tucker & Little Man, although Teddy seems to like digging in the yard!! He is set for his snip snip surgery on July 6th so hopefully this will settle him down a bit!! This is what we are hoping for anyway! He is a very busy pup, into everything and has lots of energy that gets him into trouble at times with his Mom & big brother, Tucker.
