Now I usually like to make a big pot of soup or stew, especially this time of year when it starts getting colder and damp. But, I do keep some cans around for a quick snack or meal, usually tomato or vegetable. So, Linda and I sat down and tried this new Chicken Tuscany to see what we thought. We were both pleasantly surprised! A lot like home made. After I added some salt (I know, but I have to do that to everything), the flavor of the vegetables, chicken & spices was great. There are lots of them, too, and even my 1/2 was very filling, although I think those soup bowls would have held a whole can. I am looking forward to trying the Homestyle Minestrone next, because Linda gets it quite often and says it is great.
