This article below is from Texas Tech’s website. They have a whole page of exemptions from college tuition. Some are regarding early high school graduation. Some apply to people 55 and older This may not be limited to Texas Tech. I have two favorite websites I visit each day. one is Money Saving Mom and the other is www.couponmom.com. they each have great features, couponmom tells what is on sale at different stores like target, cvs, etc and where to find coupons for those deals. www.moneysavingmom.com always has great samples and deals also. Click to Enlarge CVS Pharmacy offers lots of deals themselves, what with their specials and store coupons, and rebate “bucks”. Add a few manufacturer’s coupons on top of that, and wow. I had to cut this receipt into 3 pieces just to scan it. The middle section is just the subtractions of the coupons.
